    My twin boys and daughter have played for Raptors for years, and my daughter coaches. They have all learnt so much, not just about playing basketball, but about how to be part of a team. They all love basketball now. Raptors is a great family oriented club. Basketball is a great sport. All indoors and over in an hour and you are up close and can see the action. Give it a try!

    Raptors Basketball Club has been a great experience for my daughter over the past 9 seasons. She has developed her skill base from zero to great and has learned to understand team-ship and responsibility. It's a great balance for the demands placed on her as a student.

    Both my children play for the Raptors. Basketball is great for kids who want to play a non contact sport. The club has a great friendly atmosphere. Best of all, no experience is needed!!! Basketball boosts confidence in kids and promotes team sports.

    My son was never really a sporty kid, We tried AFL and Soccer but none gelled. Then we tried Basketball with the Raptors Basketball Club. He really liked it and it was great that we didn't need experience to join. The weekly training really helped. I like the fact we are indoors!

    The leadership of the KWJRC is an amazingly committed bunch of men and women. It is a joy to see the kids develop in an environment fostering all the core values of Rugby Union. It is also a treat to see these leaders focus on the inclusion of girls and women. Love it.

    Kiwi Hawthorn Junior Rugby Club has been a very welcoming and inclusive club for our 4yr old son in his first year of rugby union. Communication and coaching has been great and even though our 4yr old is the youngest in the team by a few years, coaches have found ways to include him in games so that he enjoys and looks forward to each game..

    The participation of families within this club is wonderful. Everyone is included and supported to love and enjoy the game. The coaches are nurturing, enthusiastic and awesome team builders.     Found this little gem of a club two years ago, when the Junior teams were being re-established. I'm so glad we did, as we have found it to be a wonderfully welcoming, friendly and inclusive club. Both our kids (1 boy, 1 girl) are playing now, and both myself and partner are volunteering. Both contact and non-contact forms of rugby are offered, so kids of all ages and abilities can play. Can highly recommend joining the Kiwi Hawthorn Juniors.

    Rugby in Victoria is a very inclusive sport which welcomes people of all shapes, sizes, sexes and abilities. The Kiwi Hawthorn Junior Rugby Club is the greatest example of that you could hope to find. The club caters for girls and boys, having pioneered the girls competition and also provides contact and non-contact versions for boys and girls - all in an atmosphere of fun with a real community atmosphere. If you are looking for a junior sport for your kids, Kiwi Hawthorn Rugby is about as good as it gets.

    Futures offer’s Holiday Half Day and Full Day programs for all ages all weeks of the school holidays and everyone is invited to attend. Clinics are conducted from Monday to Thursday.     As part of City of Stonnington's Roola Boola Children's Arts Festival, we are offering our popular clay sculpture and paper mask-making art classes during the upcoming school holidays. Keep your children busy with art activities and explore their artistic talents. Previous participants are welcome to join us again to hone in their skills and create more artworks! An ideal opportunity for children interested in the arts and looking for unique and enriching activities. In this 3-day workshop run by a professional sculptor, Stefan Damschke, children can learn how to build their own sculptures – use their imagination to make something fantastic! They’ll also be working in a real sculptor’s studio. Workshop leader Stefan Damschke is a professional sculptor, and trained under Master sculptor Karl Duldig at Duldig Studio.
