Challenge Martial Arts and Fitness Centre has supported the Oakleigh community since 1982. We help kids, teens, and adults build confidence, focus, and strength through authentic martial arts and purposeful fitness training.

Kids Classes
Children learn confidence, discipline, focus, teamwork, and respect in a friendly setting. We use age specific teaching to build coordination, listening skills, and positive behaviour while keeping classes fun and safe.

Teens Classes
Teens develop strength, resilience, self discipline, and leadership skills. Training helps them build confidence, learn practical self defence, and develop a healthy mindset for school and life.

Adult Classes
Adults train for authentic martial arts skill, fitness, and personal development. Sessions focus on strength, conditioning, practical self defence, and improving overall wellbeing.

We offer Kempo Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, Bag Attack, Cage Fitness, and fitness kickboxing. Our instructors are experienced, supportive, and committed to helping every student progress at their own pace in a positive community environment.
