Specialised skills training for basketballers at all levels.

Players aged 10+ are provided with detailed and targeted skills coaching at our state-of-the-art training facility in Box Hill South.

We offer small group elite training, with at most 5 players in a group, across all areas of the game.
From shooting, ball handling, footwork, driving, passing and defence, all skills are broken down into key movements, and trouble spots in existing skills diagnosed, to get the best out of every player, regardless of current playing ability.

We also offer an Athletic Performance Program - small group strength and conditioning for players to jump higher, run faster and be more explosive on the court!

Each school break we run a series of quality skill development and game play driven holiday camps across Melbourne. Each camp has our same brand of focus on quality coaching and small group sizes with a minimum of 1 coach to every 10 players.
