Love my yoga class..my teacher preeti and my new friends.. It's been 4 months now and from nothing I am able to do most of the asanas due to my teachers endless motivation. I have learnt to love my body for becoming more flexible and strong after joining this yoga class. Its for everyone big and small...enthusiastic or tired because at the end of every class we always feel that we have bonded with our mind and body.. I have recommended this yoga class to my friends and they all feel the same too after joining the classes.

    Enjoying Yoga

I've never really been a fan of yoga always found it boring, but at Zen Om Yoga I'm really enjoying the classes & instructor Preeti. The classes are small maximum 8 people which is a great benefit as the teacher gives attention to all. I go twice a week very convenient times & parking available & the there's great ladies in the class that make it fun also. All the classes are different learning new things each time I attend. I'm glad I found Preeti at Zen Om Yoga it's changed my mine about Yoga in a good way.

    Absolutely Amazing!!

Recently my daughter Aarna has started Kids Yoga with Zen Om Yoga Studio. I can truly say that there is a big positive difference in her confidence, concentration and physical strength. I noticed improved concentration with her studies too. Preeti is a great teacher. Even though she is a good friend of mine, she always makes sure Aarna maintains discipline during the class. She is very friendly and loving with kids. My girl really loves Preeti and Yoga she learns during each class. She can't wait until school holidays for all those fun with Yoga and Movie they have for upcoming school holidays program.

    Mountain Bike Orienteering

    Dates: from 30 Nov -1 to 30 Nov -1

Mountain bike orienteering (MTBO) is a navigation sport suitable for participants of all ages and abilities. Like foot orienteering, the idea is to navigate your way around a series of checkpoints (controls) using a map and compass. Unlike foot orienteering, the idea is to ride a bike! The main difference is that in Australia, mountain bikes have to stay on tracks, so the style of navigation can be quite different to the cross-country navigation used in foot orienteering. Several courses are available, ranging from 10-30 km in length. At the top end of the field, competitors need good technical bike handling skills and the ability to navigate at speed. However, the shorter courses are easily achievable by beginners, non-mountain bikers and families. Several courses are available, ranging from 10-30km in length. At the top end of the field, competitors need good technical bike handling skills and the ability to navigate at speed. However, the shorter courses are easily achievable by beginners, non-mountain bikers and families. Junior(<21),full-time student, Concession $10 Adult $20 Group (2-5 participants) $30 Group (2 junior/concession) $20

    Nav Dash

    Dates: from 30 Nov -1 to 30 Nov -1

Nav Dash events, Orienteering WA's Sprint Orienteering Series are short distance (2-3.5 km's), usually held in a small, compact area with complex features, such as the buildings and passages of a university campus. While the navigation skills required are relatively easy – even for novices – at a slow jog or walking pace, the more serious competitors try to run their course at high speed. This makes the navigation much more demanding and it is easy to make small mistakes of a few seconds, which makes all the difference in these fast events! There will be several events in the 2015 Nav Dash Series at regular intervals during Autumn and Winter, culminating in the State Sprint Championships later in the year.
