Kids Activities in Durack (6743)

The Kununurra Agricultural Society Inc. host the Annual Kununurra Agricultural Show during the July School Holidays (WA) every year. 2016 is the International Year of Pulses (Chickpeas, beans, lentils and lupins...) Friday is our Family Fun Day (Alcohol Free), and Saturday is one big day of excitement finishing up with a headline Band (Blue Shaddy are currently pencilled in for 2016) with a Fully Licensed Bar Area from midday. We have Pavilion competitions in Art & Craft, Cooking, Gardening, Produce ... Read more (Fruit & Veg) and many more, kids cooking demonstrations, novelty competitions, Pet Pavilion and Dog Shows, Equestrian Events and Cattle. Not to mention all the fun rides, games, Show Bags, live performances by local dance and performance groups, including for the first time in 2016 a Marionette Puppet Theatre Group, concluding with Fireworks displays each night.
