We understand the anger over the booking stuff up. We apologised, offered a half price party, apologised again and again. We're still sorry for the stuff up but really there's not a lot else we can do to make amends except to make sure that we don't make that mistake again. With only one complaint of this in over a year of being in business it's obviously not a thing we do regularly. We do advise people to contact us closer to the date of their party to confirm that they still want us to visit. It's not unusual to have people change their mind after making a booking due to circumstances changing. We wrongly assumed that this was the case with this party.
