    Discover mindfulness through visual arts applications...Each week children will discover new mindfulness techniques to help them keep calm, find new ways in dealing with stress and anxiousness through visual arts concepts. Children will explore the use of acrylic paints, water colours, pencils, pastels and clay, allowing them to express themselves freely. Children will also explore different art techniques such as landscapes, still life, collages, mandalas, sculpture and drawing faces are just a few wonderful things they will create. Bookings are essential. Enrolment forms have to be filled in prior commencement of Art Classes, failure to do so will not ensure your child's place.
