    My daughter has been doing Physie at Guildford greystanes Physie club for the past 2 years. I original signed her up to improve her confidence. I am amazed at how much it has helped her to grow as an individual. The teachers are caring and the other parents are very supportive. Highly recommend.

    We have been training at the Armadale Dojang for 4 years now and have seen nothing but the best. The standards are high but it is accessible for everyone. The Instructors are great role models for our children. This is first and foremost the desire we have for our children which can have an effect on their future choices.     I have been attending this training centre for the past 6 years and have always found the instructors to be very professional and supportive of all members. I like the realistic skills taught for self defence and the culture of the class is very family orientated, though everyone still gets a great workout.

    Physi is such a great sport. It is an excellent substitute for dance as it incorporates elements of palates, ballet, jazz while teaching girls posture, confidence, strength, teamwork and its great for exercise. Iv been doing physi for 13 yeras and have been at Coal Point Physi for the last 5 years. The club has been so welcoming and helpful, I have definitely met lovely girls who will remain friends for life. I couldnt ask for a nicer club.

    Physical Culture (physi) is an excellent sport that girls and women of all ages can enjoy. It can be a sport that mums can enjoy with their daughters. I have been a physi girl since I was 3 and my 6yr old is now a physi girl too. Even my mother-in-law comes along to physi when her body allows it - just for the social aspect. My 3yr old is looking forward to starting in 2014 too - a family affair! Mrs Frame is a wonderful and strong teacher with over 40years experience in teaching physical culture. I thoroughly recommend physi in general, and in particular Coal Point Club, to anyone interested in dance/pilates style fitness.

    I have attended Coal Point Physical Culture Club for just over 10 years and have made some great friends along the way as well as keeping fit. My 6yr old daughter also enjoys physi at Coal Point. She received 2nd place in the 5yr section at state grand finals last year and I was placed 5th in my section. Mrs Frame is a very experienced teacher having begun her teaching career over 40 years ago. Thoroughly recommend physi to all girls and women, it's a great sport and one that mums can enjoy with their daughters.

    Both my daughter and I have loved been part of this club for quite a few years. I have really noticed how it has helped her confidence and fitness, as well as her posture. It great for ladies too. The social side is great: the other women are very friendly. Also great for core strength, flexibility and fitness, and it is something that can be done into your 70s.

    I have 3 girls who have been involved in the Coal Point Club for the last 5 years. They have learnt many skills including dancing, marching and deportment. The friends they have made in the club and at competitions they will keep for a life time.

    I enrolled my 3 girls aged 6,7 and 12 at Gosford City Physie and couldn't be happy. They have now been doing physie for 2 years and i have seen their confidence and dancing ability skyrocket!     From a young age i had my daughter in ballet and jazz but found her lacking interest and not having fun. I took her to physie and saw her confidence and interest skyrocket.     My daughter and I both love physie! The club is so friendly and my daughter is going from strength to strength with her confidence and dance skills! Maddison is wonderful with the girls and has helped my daughter and her friends so much! Could not recommend these classes more!

    Fantastic club for girls and ladies of all ages. Wonderful teachers Miss Carly who teacher the preschool group through to the 12 year old and the ladies and Miss Chantelle who teaches the 13-14 and seniors. Great atmosphere and friendly environment, teachers are supportive and have been competing for many years so have experience in the Burns Association. Girls and ladies have the opportunity to compete in individual competitions within the Burns Association and Team competitions. Narellan Physical Culture also hold a club day at the end of the year which is also more of a fun / family orientated competition where girls compete agains others in the same age group within the club.

    Physical Culture or "Physi" is a fun sport combining dance, floor and standing exercises. It's great for physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, posture and building confidence. Whether you are 3 or 73, a regular exerciser or a little 'out of practice', physi is the perfect sport for girls and ladies of any age and any fitness level.     Campbelltown City Physi Club is affiliated with Edith Parsons School of Physical Culture. Girls and Ladies of all ages are welcome to come along and enjoy our fun way of teaching. The girls can choose the colour and style of their leotard and competitions aren't compulsory. Each year the girls will learn a different syllabus to modern music.
