Physie is a fusion of dance styles such as jazz, ballet, contemporary, pilates and even yoga! Our age appropriate, innovative choreography changes annually and is designed for maximum variety and fun. Classes are aimed at not only correct technique but, also strive to promote good posture, self confidence, strength and flexibility for all levels of fitness.
Our non-profit dance/sport club holds classes in Buderim, Currimundi, Maroochydore and North Arm, making this national sport and recreation more accessible across the Sunshine Coast. Physie is for everyone. ages 3 to 73+ years!

Our Head Teacher has over 20 years dance teaching experience and holds nationally accredited qualifications. More than just another dance class, Physie provides the opportunity to form life long friendships both in and out of class with club activities being the focus. Competition opportunities are also available for individuals and teams but, are completely optional - fun, fitness and friendship always come first!

Proudly an all Australian organisation and syllabus, Physie is a nationwide dance sport with the highest level of competition held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney.
We also provide classes and exam opportunities in the world acclaimed Acrobatic Arts Syllabus.

The Club is run by a dedicated committee of volunteers who love their club, its members and, of course, their Physie and Dance!

    Physie is an amazing sport/dance club to join, not only for girls but for the ladies too! I started Physie when I was a young teen and have loved every year of it since! Highly recommend joining this Physie family

    Fabulous community based dance club. Ballet, jazz, contemporary, yoga, gymnastics and aerobics all rolled into one class. Club is run by a wonderful team of committed volunteers, highest quality of teaching. For girls and women of all ages and abilities :) We love Physie!!!
