    Make friends for life
Physi is such a great sport. It is an excellent substitute for dance as it incorporates elements of palates, ballet, jazz while teaching girls posture, confidence, strength, teamwork and its great for exercise. Iv been doing physi for 13 yeras and have been at Coal Point Physi for the last 5 years. The club has been so welcoming and helpful, I have definitely met lovely girls who will remain friends for life. I couldnt ask for a nicer club.

A fantastic sport for girls and women of all ages
Physical Culture (physi) is an excellent sport that girls and women of all ages can enjoy. It can be a sport that mums can enjoy with their daughters. I have been a physi girl since I was 3 and my 6yr old is now a physi girl too. Even my mother-in-law comes along to physi when her body allows it - just for the social aspect. My 3yr old is looking forward to starting in 2014 too - a family affair! Mrs Frame is a wonderful and strong teacher with over 40years experience in teaching physical culture. I thoroughly recommend physi in general, and in particular Coal Point Club, to anyone interested in dance/pilates style fitness.

    Club success
I have attended Coal Point Physical Culture Club for just over 10 years and have made some great friends along the way as well as keeping fit. My 6yr old daughter also enjoys physi at Coal Point. She received 2nd place in the 5yr section at state grand finals last year and I was placed 5th in my section. Mrs Frame is a very experienced teacher having begun her teaching career over 40 years ago. Thoroughly recommend physi to all girls and women, it's a great sport and one that mums can enjoy with their daughters.

    Great for Girls and Women
Both my daughter and I have loved been part of this club for quite a few years. I have really noticed how it has helped her confidence and fitness, as well as her posture. It great for ladies too. The social side is great: the other women are very friendly. Also great for core strength, flexibility and fitness, and it is something that can be done into your 70s.

    Fun for all Ages
I have 3 girls who have been involved in the Coal Point Club for the last 5 years. They have learnt many skills including dancing, marching and deportment. The friends they have made in the club and at competitions they will keep for a life time.
