    My daughter has been doing Physie at Guildford greystanes Physie club for the past 2 years. I original signed her up to improve her confidence. I am amazed at how much it has helped her to grow as an individual. The teachers are caring and the other parents are very supportive. Highly recommend.

    We have been training at the Armadale Dojang for 4 years now and have seen nothing but the best. The standards are high but it is accessible for everyone. The Instructors are great role models for our children. This is first and foremost the desire we have for our children which can have an effect on their future choices.     I have been attending this training centre for the past 6 years and have always found the instructors to be very professional and supportive of all members. I like the realistic skills taught for self defence and the culture of the class is very family orientated, though everyone still gets a great workout.

    My daughter and I both love physie! The club is so friendly and my daughter is going from strength to strength with her confidence and dance skills! Maddison is wonderful with the girls and has helped my daughter and her friends so much! Could not recommend these classes more!

    Fantastic club for girls and ladies of all ages. Wonderful teachers Miss Carly who teacher the preschool group through to the 12 year old and the ladies and Miss Chantelle who teaches the 13-14 and seniors. Great atmosphere and friendly environment, teachers are supportive and have been competing for many years so have experience in the Burns Association. Girls and ladies have the opportunity to compete in individual competitions within the Burns Association and Team competitions. Narellan Physical Culture also hold a club day at the end of the year which is also more of a fun / family orientated competition where girls compete agains others in the same age group within the club.
