Ways we can capture ours kids may be suffering is noticing their behavior, anger, difficulty sleeping, defiance, avoidance, lack of focus and negativity.

Yoga is excellent at counteracting these pressures. Regardless of a child’s age, kids’ yoga helps them comprehend how they can employ breathing exercises to decrease anxiety if and when they are stressed out. When kids are more in control, they are calmer, and they feel more reassured.
