My daughter has been doing Physie at Guildford greystanes Physie club for the past 2 years. I original signed her up to improve her confidence. I am amazed at how much it has helped her to grow as an individual. The teachers are caring and the other parents are very supportive. Highly recommend.

We are a Physical Culture club located in Lugarno, Sydney. Physi is a competitive sport for girls aged 3 and up. Physi promotes fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, club spirit, fun, confidence and good sportsmanship. It’s based on basic ballet, modern dance and pilates. Fantastic club for girls and ladies of all ages. Wonderful teachers Miss Carly who teacher the preschool group through to the 12 year old and the ladies and Miss Chantelle who teaches the 13-14 and seniors. Great atmosphere and friendly environment, teachers are supportive and have been competing for many years so have experience in the Burns Association. Girls and ladies have the opportunity to compete in individual competitions within the Burns Association and Team competitions. Narellan Physical Culture also hold a club day at the end of the year which is also more of a fun / family orientated competition where girls compete agains others in the same age group within the club.

Freshwater 'Twinkle Toes' classes are a unique fusion of jazz dance, ballet technique and hip-hop.  Our classes focus on teaching dance skills, strength, flexibility and posture in a fun, friendly and nuturing environment.
