Great classes for all ages

18-03-2016

My son and I 37 and 7 joined the dojo last year. It is a great way of getting fit and spending time with my son outside of my stressful job which is forgotten when I get to classes! The Sensai is a great teacher who makes the classes tough but fun and extremely good value for money with additional free lessons and training where needed. As a bonus to feeling fitter than I have in a long time, since we started 5 months ago I lost 10 kilos and confidence improved. Thanks Sensai!
