    Love my yoga class..my teacher preeti and my new friends.. It's been 4 months now and from nothing I am able to do most of the asanas due to my teachers endless motivation. I have learnt to love my body for becoming more flexible and strong after joining this yoga class. Its for everyone big and small...enthusiastic or tired because at the end of every class we always feel that we have bonded with our mind and body.. I have recommended this yoga class to my friends and they all feel the same too after joining the classes.

    I've never really been a fan of yoga always found it boring, but at Zen Om Yoga I'm really enjoying the classes & instructor Preeti. The classes are small maximum 8 people which is a great benefit as the teacher gives attention to all. I go twice a week very convenient times & parking available & the there's great ladies in the class that make it fun also. All the classes are different learning new things each time I attend. I'm glad I found Preeti at Zen Om Yoga it's changed my mine about Yoga in a good way.

    Recently my daughter Aarna has started Kids Yoga with Zen Om Yoga Studio. I can truly say that there is a big positive difference in her confidence, concentration and physical strength. I noticed improved concentration with her studies too. Preeti is a great teacher. Even though she is a good friend of mine, she always makes sure Aarna maintains discipline during the class. She is very friendly and loving with kids. My girl really loves Preeti and Yoga she learns during each class.     My daughter has been doing Physie at Guildford greystanes Physie club for the past 2 years. I original signed her up to improve her confidence. I am amazed at how much it has helped her to grow as an individual. The teachers are caring and the other parents are very supportive. Highly recommend.

    I went to the Breakdancing class on Tuesday evening and was blown away with how much progress I made in just one lesson! Sam explained seemingly complex moves and concepts in an easy to understand way. Better teaching than I've experienced elsewhere and for the same price! Highly recommend!!!
