Boxing for Kids and Teens (West Lindfield)

Learn Boxing skills and get super fit in a safe, controlled and energised environment where you'll participate in age based classes run by a qualified boxing, strength and fitness coach.



We are WWCC approved and offer the NSW $100 Active Kids Rebate.



Sam is our new Boxing and Fitness coach who works hard to get the best out of all his students. He will show your kids the basics of boxing and help your kids develop good technique, fitness, core strength, focus, balance and posture.



Our Boxing classes are NON CONTACT so there is never any chance of injury.



Students learn footwork (a vital aspect of boxing that other "Fitness through Boxing" classes forget), stamina, flexibility, fitness, strength, focus and how to do a proper punch.



Our classes are held in a well equipped Boxing and Martial Arts studio with a well sprung timber floor, standing punching bags, focus pads, punch shields, skipping ropes, agility ladders, slam balls and other fitness and boxing equipment that makes training fun.



The classes are age appropriate and energised where safety takes the highest priority.



Your first class is FREE so come along and have a go.



We have gloves that you can borrow for your Free class and we supply your own professional Morgan gloves when you join ($60 value).



Where? West Lindfield Community hall on Bradfield Road, West Lindfield

When? Wednesday nights from 5pm

Cost? First class is FREE

Other costs? $220 per school term (adjusted if you join mid-term) + $25 per term Public Liability insurance + $50 enrolment fee (only charged once)

Ages? from 7 years to 18 years
