Wonderful teachers Miss Carly who teacher the preschool group through to the 12 year old and the ladies and Miss Chantelle who teaches the 13-14 and seniors. Great atmosphere and friendly environment, teachers are supportive and have been competing for many years so have experience in the Burns Association. Girls and ladies have the opportunity to compete in individual competitions within the Burns Association and Team competitions.     I have been with many physie clubs throughout my life but have enjoyed the last 27 years at St Andrews. I have made many friends thru St Andrews Physical Culture Club. Everyone is very supportive of the girls/ladies as we learn our syllabus during the year and great support at competitions.

    My daughters and I have been with St Andrews Physie Club for a very long time, we call it our Physie family because there is so much warmth, compassion and dedication. The instructress and members at our club are friendly and are always there to for each other out. Our club gives members the opportunity to learn a syllabus whilst having fun.

    We have been involved in this dance sport with Sylvania Calisthenics for 15 years. It is great for team participation, is very affordable and has unique dance styles. In only 1 lesson per week, over the year the children are taught up to 6 different dances/styles. If you are disenchanted with the usual dance styles and associated fees, try Sylvania calisthenics.
