These classes are run to help develop the core skills of movement with learning basic judo movements from all forms of falling safely-rolling-balancing coordination - increased social interaction as well as developing concentration, building self-confidence.

All classes students are required to attend 10min before starting to help with learning the setting up of the judo training area.Kids (5 and up) Classes from 5.15-6:30 pm Adult classes 7pm-8pm

This program is designed around games to create awareness that builds skills for life. we offer several other program after school as well at club level, kids judo, seniors judo, kosen submission grappling,for those that want the wild side of sports. contact us to day for more info.
