Judo -1 provided up to date programs with nationally qualified coaches, your first week is free. Also its finally here, JUDO 1 PTY LIMITED, is now an active member of dept sport and rec with Active kids vouchers. Meaning you can use the active kids vouchers to start up your kids in judo. all new members welcome.

CLUB HISTORY:
The Wollongong Judo 1 Club has been open in the Illawarra under Cuttas Submission Fighting since 1992 and has developed many champions. Located at Port kembla NSW see contact page for google map

These classes are run to help develop the core skills of movement with learning basic judo movements from all forms of falling safely-rolling-balancing coordination - increased social interaction as well as developing concentration, building self-confidence.

All classes students are required to attend 10min before starting to help with learning the setting up of the judo training area.Kids (5 and up) Classes from 5.15-6:30 pm Adult classes 7pm-8pm

This program is designed around games to create awareness that builds skills for life. we offer several other program after school as well at club level, kids judo, seniors judo, kosen submission grappling,for those that want the wild side of sports. contact us to day for more info.

The sport Judo is an art of self-defence that has developed into an exciting International sport.The formidable Professor Jigoro Kano who brought to existence the Kodokan Judo on February 1882 & with this a wealth of techniques that for decades were tried & tested.

Your first lesson is FREE, however for safety reasons & by law you must obtain a uniform & become a registered member of either the (JFA) Judo Federation Australia or (KJA) Australian Kodokan judo Association.
