    We have been involved in this dance sport with Sylvania Calisthenics for 15 years. It is great for team participation, is very affordable and has unique dance styles. In only 1 lesson per week, over the year the children are taught up to 6 different dances/styles. If you are disenchanted with the usual dance styles and associated fees, try Sylvania calisthenics.

    My daughter had been a member of this club for 11 years. She started as tiny tot and loved the opportunity it gave her to dance in a relaxed and friendly environment. She has now moved into seniors classes and loves being a part of teams, interclub and champion girl competitions. Guildford Greystanes is a fantastic club to be a part of, with friendly teachers and great club members!

    If there was ever a sport I had to choose for my daughter it would be Physie. My daughter started when she was 4 and is now 11years old. She has come out of het shy shell to become a confident and loving young girl. She has made wonderful friends and the teachers have become family. Love, love and love the club.

    My daughter has been doing Physie at Guildford greystanes Physie club for the past 2 years. I original signed her up to improve her confidence. I am amazed at how much it has helped her to grow as an individual. The teachers are caring and the other parents are very supportive. Highly recommend.
