Zone Martial Arts - Experiences that Empower.
Zone Martial Arts is a Sutherland Shire Martial Arts teaching multiple martial arts styles to suit anyone. From Self Defence Classes, Traditional Taekwondo (WTF), Haidong Gumdo (Korean sword martial art), Taekyun (traditional Korean self defence art) and Sunmudo Zen Yoga located in Miranda, formerly Taren Point. We have something to suit everyone.

We believe that martial arts are for everyone, regardless of age, gender or current fitness level and have programs for fun, fitness and self defence. We teach students skills that develop strong mindsets alongside strong bodies to tackle all the obstacles they will face in life whether physical or mental and empower them to defend themselves if required.

We have various classes for all ages and styles
Ages 4 - 6 have classes that focus on concentration, motor skills, discipline and listening skills while still having fun and learning about personal safety.

Juniors classes are available in our Self Defence Program, Taekwondo and Korean Swords programs that teach kids self confidence and personal development through the practise of martial arts.

Teens classes are available for both Taekwondo, Taekyun and Korean Swords (Haidong Gumdo) that help teens concentrate and focus and teach the values of hard work and perseverance.

Adults class for Taekwondo, Taekyun and Haidong Gumdo welcome people of any age of fitness level.

Teens and Adults are welcome in our Zen Balance class teaching Sunmudo Zen Yoga, Meditation, Breath Control Drills and Martial Arts.

    Great family club and really female friendly
    They have a great program that is family friendly and awesome for kids. My daughter started at 4 and is still loving it and I train here too. The instructors are fantastic and it’s great to see so many females both teaching the classes and training in them. It’s really empowering.

    Zone Martial Arts
    Zone Martial Arts is a fantastic club. I have been training here with my two kids for several years. Mark and his team are fun, professional and dedicated to bringing out everyone's personal best. It's an inclusive and safe place to grow in confidence and learn not only how to defend yourself but also how to respect others. Well worth the sweat and hard work and a great way to get fit.

    Great Club and awesome instructors
    This is such a great club with a great family atmosphere. They welcome everyone regardless of fitness or injuries and set goals to make sure you get better. Our family tried a few clubs before finding Zone and we cant recommend them enough.

    Highly recommended
    I have been going to zone for a year and it's the best decision I have ever made. A well rounded martial arts school. Mark and his team come with an umbundance of knowledge and skill delivered in a really friendly, motivating and not intimidating environment.
