Spektrum Martial Arts presents... Professor Chris Haueter Jiu Jitsu Seminar. 5th Degree Black Belt. Saturday 30th March, 2019 2pm => 5pm "It's not who's good, it's who's left. It's hours on the mat. Strong, resilient, happy kids stay focused at school and are comfortable in their own skin. Join us for a fun term as we build confidence and self-belief by stretching and strengthening body, mind and soul. Classes include: *Opening our heart space and loving ourselves as we are *Developing kindness towards others *Believing in ourselves *Identifying and releasing negative thoughts *Strong bodies and strong minds create positive thoughts and actions *Learning to let go of what no longer serves us *Celebrating Harmony Day and creating a world where everyone belongs *Building confidence to be ourselves *Using body and breath to see the world from a different perspective *Connecting to ourselves and listening to what we need Each class runs for 45 minutes and is drop-and-go. Mid-term starters are accepted. Suitable for ages 5-12 years.

It's time to start off the new year with an amazing new Joy of Singing Group for kids (5 to 8 year olds). The classes provide an opportunity for kids to come together and express themselves through song and singing games and exercises in a safe and supportive group environment, unhindered by outer pressures and expectations. During the lessons we will use fun and engaging exercises, amazing supportive songs, movement, sound, rhythm, melody, breathing, posture, improvisation and performance to support kids in the development of their own unique expression. The group also supports kids to understand, care for and respect themselves and each other while working in a group. The Joy of Singing Group for Kids will include - Fun singing and expression games and exercises Developing pitch, rhythm, posture and movement Engaging with other kids Singing amazing, supportive songs Connecting to your natural presence and confidence Writing your own unique songs Connecting to your true voice Being yourself in a group environment The classes will begin on Saturday 9th Feburary at 9am - 10am and completing on Saturday 30th March.
