Holiday workshops 1. What goes up must come down: Children will use lots of physics experiments including water rockets, balloons and lots more! Explore the fun of Physics! This workshop aims to develop the peace through which we positively manifest. We will help you bring greater awareness to the contrast between your usual self and your mindful self and the effect that this has on your horse, both from the ground and mounted. This program will increase your capacity to find inner stillness in order to feel your horse, help him balance physically and emotionally, and improve your relationship with horses, people and self. This workshop will include discussion and simulation sessions for both auditors and participants with horses, as well as practical sessions for those with their own horse while auditors observe. Some quiet mounted work is scheduled, but if you do not wish to sit on or ride your horse, please let us know so that we can accommodate you in the schedule. The ‘A Matter of Trust’ Workshop is focused primarily on participants with horses. As there are a strictly limited number of places for participants with horses, auditors are also welcome. We limit the number of places for participants with horses so as to make it safe, comfortable, personally relevant and enjoyable for you and your horse. We have a limited number of horses available for participants without their own horse. To book this option please contact Jo about your level of understanding and experience with horses. These horses are available for groundwork only and are not available for riding. Jo and Kailie are both students of James French. We have been working in this genre with animals for many years ourselves. Lunch, refreshments, morning and afternoon tea is provided. Lactose and gluten free options will be available. Week 3 – Compassion: 9.30-11am Friday, January 18, 2019 Like the movement of the ocean, life is full of ups and downs. Join us for our Yoga Surf Safari as we cultivate compassion to fully enjoy life so we can ride the waves life.

These summer holidays Leap into Literacy will be bringing back our very popular Create Your Own Book or Short Story holiday program! This is for students in Years K–6 who want to create their own written masterpiece, all while learning the important aspects of writing. Using techniques that allow students to become creative in the learning process, sessions are fun and achieve maximum results. The cost is $60 for two hours, which includes materials and one-on-one feedback from the teacher on their writing, as well as detailed instructions on important writing techniques and help with spelling, grammar, etc. Classes are for Years K-2 and Years 3-6 and are limited to seven students. Classes run the first four weeks of January on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.

We offer a variety of fun CreativiTea Parties held at our Creative Learning Centre in Kirrawee, Sydney. For example our "Signature Styling Package": * Upon arriving at Free Range Living, the youngsters delight in our vintage styled High Tea set up, and enjoy their morning or afternoon tea of sweet treats displayed on tiered plate stands, juice served in tea pots with tea cups and saucers. Sweets Station Styling Package ~ suitable for all ages. Calling all ice cream sundae lovers! At our Sweets Station CreativiTea Parties, tables are set up ready to get the creative project underway. Each child’s place is set up with a mason jar with lid and straw, filled with low-joule cordial, and a melamine bowl for a crunch and sip style service during creative project making. The Sweets Station consists of a variety of lollies and sweet treats displayed in glass jars. The display will be set up from commencement of the party, though not accessed until the dedicated time after the creative projects are complete. Each child is then provided with a parfait glass or melamine bowl (for younger kids), for their yummy ice cream sundaes, created at our Sweets Station. Hohnes Road Playhouse is available to hire out to non members for Children's Birthday Parties. With plenty of indoor space to play party games and outdoor activities like swings, trampoline and sandpit, Hohnes Road Playhouse is an ideal all-weather venue all year round. Hire includes the use of indoor spaces and toys, a fully equipped kitchen, undercover deck and fully secure outdoor spaces, including toys. ​ Hire Hohnes Road for your next party and enjoy a fun filled event with plenty to entertain the little people, and use our Playhouse as your fuss free approach to a party!
