All Star cheerleading is a fast paced & dynamic competitive sport that includes stunting, pyramids, jumps, dance and tumbling... all in a two and a half minute routine!!

Cheer is for all ages and gives you the opportunity to compete and perform at major events locally, nationally and internationally. Cheerleaders are taught how stunt, tumble and dance whilst increasing strength, flexibility and coordination all while working in a team environment. Athletes can connect and make new friends with others who are of similar age and interests in a positive environment. At Southern Force many long lasting friendships have been formed. Your stunt group becomes your best friends , your team mates become your family and the gym becomes your second home.

Our club prides itself on making a fun and family friendly environment in which all athletes can thrive and achieve, surrounded by fantastic positive people and influences. Through cheer our dedicated and passionate, fully qualified and experienced coaches will help your child succeed not only on the team but also give them skills for life. Teaching them never to give up, to get to their limits and push past them, work as part of a team to achieve their goals all while having fun, gaining fitness and making friends along the way.
