Most parents want to see their children do well in life and sport is no different. Yet many children don’t initially take to sports due to shyness, lack of coordination and many other reasons. This leads to less success and ultimately less enjoyment, making children leave sport too soon. This was the motive for establishing the club in 2008. An opportunity to take away as many of the negative aspects of junior sport and give children an energetic program full of opportunities and possibilities. We ... Read more

An excellent soccer program

KidsFC have been awesome for my two, aged 4 and 7. All the kids in their classes have varying abilities and are treated as individuals and with care. I was tentative about enrolling them in group sports as I was worried about putting pressure on them to perform; at KidsFC they are learning key movement and motor skills in a fun and supportive environment, at their own pace. All the coaches are well trained, pleasant, fun and persuasive; to make sure all children feel comfortable joining in. I highly encourage other parents who are worried about pushing their kids in to structured team sports to give it a try.

This serves as a reminder to both student and teacher that skills gained through the Academy are not to be taken lightly and that they are to be used responsibly. With knowledge comes responsibility.
