Adapt Health and Fitness (Adapt CrossFit) has been operating since 2009 and we are passionate about everyday people, kids included, becoming fitter and healthier than the day before.

We run CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens sessions over the school term. Our Kids sessions are for 7 - 12 yrs with the focus on having fun - with lots of games while learning key functional movements.

Our Teens sessions are for 12 - 17yrs and we teach more technical movements, as well as the basics within a safe environment.
