    The instructors are friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m definitely in the 50+ category but feel right at home even though most of the students in my class are under 18. The classes are full on for an hour which seems about right. A good workout for those looking for fitness and short enough for the younger ones to maintain focus, especially with the variety of activities provided.
