Martial Arts of Taekwondo for kids, or Hapkido for teens and adults. Taekwondo teaches the athlete; respect, self-discipline, flexibility and fitness for growth and development. We also offer competition but it is not compulsory. Hapkido uses the energy of an attack and redirects this to control this situation. It uses pressure points, joint techniques, throwing, kicking and striking. Hapkido also teaches weapon arts. It is very versatile. SELF DEFENCE. IN THE END IT’S UP TO YOU!

Karate fun

I was very impressed with whole family feel i got when i came down to visit the Martial Arts classes . I liked that the 2 teachers where both equally respected by all. I think they a are a married couple . I liked that they focused on the technique like foot work . The class i sat and watched seemed to be working on self defence and dance type routines whatever thats called ? The instructor (male one) demonstrated a punch on a young boy , it came so close it made his hair move, but the boy had so much trust he didnt flinch. Thats a lot of trust . At the end the instructor asked 3 questions . 1 did you sweat? 2 did you learn something? 3 did you have fun? After that the class bowed to go home . Everyone clapped and gave a round of hi five's .. i guess the class had fun!
