Taught by an experienced school teacher, we provide high quality and unique training in aikido and karate. Aikido is a peaceful martial art known as the way of harmony, where you join with the energy of the attacker and use it against them. Karate is an art primarily focused on striking. The karate we teach is unique, in that we apply the high level principles of aikido, making our karate more effective and harmonious.

All our training focuses on developing Aiki, which means coordination and harmony. This develops a coordinated body, a calm and focused mind and the ability to interact peacefully and effectively in daily life. The feeling of wellbeing developed through training carries over into daily life, creating health, happiness and effectiveness in all areas. The lessons we learn about interacting with our partner/opponent on the mat can be readily applied to all relationships and challenges in your life.
