Hoppers Crossing Junior Netball Association
We offer Netball Competitions for Under 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and Opens (U21) on Saturday morning at our brand new courts at Mossfeil Reserve, Hoppers Crossing. We also run an excellent Net Set Go program for 5-10 year olds @ 10.30am Saturdays which is an introduction to the basic skills, including passing, catching, footwork, fitness and fun. In addition, we run a Thursday Twilight competition for senior ladies and mixed teams.
Combat Ju-Jitsu
Self defence classes for all age groups. Shihan Anthony Flask is a 6th Dan Black Belt and has instructed the art of Ju-Jitsu for over 30 years. This system cover a complete range of self defence techniques that will cater to both male and female. The system combines fitness, motor skills, unbalancing, locking, throwing, striking, kicking, grappling, defence against armed and unarmed attackers. This is an all round self defence system.
