John has received extensive training through the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) where he has been tutored by some of worlds most elite IKMF Krav Maga instructors including Marcus Torgerson (G.I. T and Owner of Krav Maga Texas ) Hen Toledano (G.I.T and Ex-Israeli Special Forces)

Through his training John has been recognised with the following qualifications
- IKMF Adult Civilian Krav Maga Instructor and
- IKMF Kids Krav Maga Instructor.

His passion for IKMF Krav Maga and the values it teaches is clear. His ongoing work empowering his community with this simple but effective self defence system is a strong motivation for John and the long term success of his Lionheart Krav Maga school.

Lionheart Krav Maga is a member of the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF).

IKMF, the largest Krav Maga family, teaches the best and most effective fighting and self defense system available. Used by Military, Special Forces and many other Military and Civilian organizations.
