Self defence classes for all age groups.

Shihan Anthony Flask is a 7th Dan Black Belt in the art of Ju-Jitsu. For over 38 years he has taught members of the Victorian police force, federal police, various arms of members from Australian military forces, members of the security industry and the general public.

This system covers a complete range of self defence techniques that will cater to both male and females of all ages. The system combines fitness, motor skills, unbalancing, locking, throwing, striking, kicking, grappling, defence against armed and unarmed attackers. This is an all round self defence system that combines both traditional and modern systems of the Ju-Jitsu art form.

Our dojo is a full time set up with modern and up to date training facilities.

All instructors have a wealth of knowledge and great people skills. All instructors are also certified through the Australian Ju-Jitsu Association.
