    My eight year old son and I joined in an open session in the school holidays. We had a great time 'sneaking' through the bush - and found younger players have no limit to the amount of times they run out of lives (thankfully for Mr 8!!)....the kids have a blast joining in with whoever is playing, and the games were just as much fun for mum...camo gear tops it off along with the marvelous Jon and his staff...we'd rate at ten stars if we could!!

    After being involved with Zen Do Kai Tasmania for approx. 10yrs, I cannot speak more highly of the instructors and the training provided. My 8yr old daughter is actively training as well. The growth in her confidence since she has started training is unbelievable. I recommend any of the Zen Do Kai Clubs throughout Australia to anyone young or old.

    My children have been attending the Mount Nelson class for approx 1 year. They really enjoy the variety of martial arts skills that they are learning. They also learn about persistence and commitment to improving themselves physically and mentally. The instructors are extremely friendly and engaging.

The personal development I have experienced in both myself and my kids because of Zen Do Kai has been amazing.     Training with my dad Sensei Garry has been a great honour. It has helped me with all aspects of my life, especially my confidence and fitness, I have enjoyed training Martial Arts and recommend it to anyone who wants to get fitter, get stronger, or just try something new.
