Mingara Athletics Club Inc is an Athletics NSW affiliated athletics club based on the NSW Central Coast. We compete in ANSW events and host our own local competition known as Central Coast Run Jump Throw. Mingara Athletics also provides training for 13yrs and over. Training nights are Tuesday and Thursday at the Regional Athletics Centre at Mingara from 5:45pm. We have training for sprinters and middle and long distance athletes.
