The aim of our Minor League is to get kids on the diamond and enjoying the game of softball, while at the same time improving their skill level. This is a program that would be suitable for those who are just coming into the sport and who would like some extra skill-based training before committing to a team. May 19th & 26th, June 2nd, 16th, 23rd & 30th 2019 Fawkner Park, South Yarra from 10 am.

Term 2 will see the first of three gradings taking place for 2019. Our 4 Weeks of Free Taekwondo Lessons will be available to all new students at our club, regardless of rank! If you are a Beginner, a Black Belt, or anything in between, if you are new to MTC - Diamond Valley you will get 4 Weeks of Free Taekwondo lessons!

This Ballroom dance class is perfect for those of us who are flat-out busy through the week. Instead of getting home after work on a week night and then rushing through dinner to go out again come to our Saturday afternoon Social class. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere is a soothing way to learn to dance and to exercise by stealth. This class runs from 2.00pm – 3.30pm. Cost $15.00 per person, per lesson.

St Anthony's Glenhuntly Netball Club welcomes new players for the upcoming Autumn Season where all games are played at Duncan Mackinnon Netball Courts Bookings are required via MyNetball - search for "St Anthonys Glen Huntly Netball Club" (no apostrophe) $120 per season in club fees (plus credit card fees) and annual membership to Netball Victoria is required ($56 for Juniors and $76 for Seniors (18+)). U11s play Friday evenings with all other games (U13 through to U25s) played Saturday mornings. We are a member of the Caulfield and District Netball Association

The Kids Running group is held each Tuesday (4.30pm) and Thursday (4.30pm). Tuesday training is at Memorial Oval (Edithvale Common- next to the Bowling Club), Edithvale Rd, Edithvale. We meet at the car park by the trail. Thursday training is at the running track at Edithvale Recreation Ground, Edithvale Rd, Edithvale. It is for children with any level of speed or fitness. Sessions go for approx. 1 hour. Children can attend one or two sessions per week, whichever they prefer. Children can start at any point in a school term or holidays. The group operates both during school term and holidays. The sessions last for 1 hour. They include warm-up, dynamic and static stretching, form drills, speed development then some form of endurance (cross country, hill circuits and middle distance on measured course). We work on running technique, breathing patterns and race tactics for various events. Fantastic prizes such as water bottles and running gear are presented at EVERY SESSION. It is either a $10 drop in fee for single sessions or $50 a month (lasts one month from when you pay- so if you pay Sept 18 then it lasts until Oct 18). There are two methods of payment. • pay $10 cash PER CHILD at training • OR Please pay $50 per child each month (can pay via website using credit card if you prefer) You don't have to book a spot, but it is best to let me know when you are coming for the first time.

Hohnes Road Playhouse is available to hire out to non members for Children's Birthday Parties. With plenty of indoor space to play party games and outdoor activities like swings, trampoline and sandpit, Hohnes Road Playhouse is an ideal all-weather venue all year round. Hire includes the use of indoor spaces and toys, a fully equipped kitchen, undercover deck and fully secure outdoor spaces, including toys. ​ Hire Hohnes Road for your next party and enjoy a fun filled event with plenty to entertain the little people, and use our Playhouse as your fuss free approach to a party! The hire fee, refundable bond and Public Liability Insurance must be paid prior to the party - an invoice will be issued upon confirmation of the hire conditions. The Art Room and supplies are not included in the event hire. Hohnes Road Playhouse is a nut free facility. Consumption of alcohol is not permitted. For Members of Playhouse $80 + $100 Bond + $22 insurance For Friends of Members $170 + $100 Bond + $22 Insurance For General Public $220 + $100 Bond +$22 insurance Bond will be refunded on inspection of venue after the party. Some of the bond may be retained should there be cleaning, maintenance or repairs required.
