Drop the kids off for 2.5 hrs of art making in our printmaking workshop. Kids create a collagraph printing plate using craft foam and cardboard with lots of foody shapes to look like a "pizza". They then roll up and print their plates using professional printing inks to create a beautiful coloured print (or 2) to take home. Kids will also have fun collaborating on a HUGE printed mural! New York Style Teen Classes (NYSTC) Our 9-week course is for young students who are excited about learning how to act for the stage and for the screen. We cover a range of exercises that are all designed to help aspiring young actors learn what acting is all about. The famous Meisner Technique helps bring confidence, truth and realism to an actor’s performance. What this means for our students is that once they develop the skills this technique has to offer, they are then able to deliver a performance for the stage and for the screen that is natural, real and engaging to watch! Students who have studied at The Actor’s Pulse have earned major roles in The Hobbit, The Mummy 3, Black Balloon, Home and Away, the Under Belly series’, Days of Our Lives and so many other Australian and International film and television productions.
