Elite Cricket Academy offers a unique summer camp involving specialized group coaching sessions starting on the 1st of July 2024 and running until the 12th of July, 2024. The sessions are run daily on weekdays (no weekends and public holidays) by Cricket Australia certified and experienced coaches, and we have only limited positions open in each age group. All sessions are run in our Elite Cricket Indoor training facility at Hoppers Crossing and are ideal for boys and girls aged 6 to 13 who are keen to learn, improve their cricket skills/techniques, and play in a team. The session starts at 9.00 am Monday to Friday and finishes at 2.00 pm with breaks in between. The activities have been planned so that the kids learn, enhance their cricket skills, play a game of indoor cricket, build confidence, and play together as a team in a highly engaging environment. Little Souls has been designed to equip children with the essential tools for managing life’s inevitable stressors. By introducing healthy coping mechanisms through yoga, breath and mindfulness practices, we aim to establish positive patterns that will significantly impact how the child responds to the world. Our 8-week program is delivered in a fun, explorative and compassionate environment that encourages kids to learn emotional regulation and build greater resilience. By integrating yoga and mindfulness practice's early in a child’s development, as a parent, you’re making a conscious choice to lay a strong foundation for lifelong health and well-being for your child. Through consistent practice, children develop better focus, reduced anxiety, improved capacity for handling stress, greater emotional regulation and intelligence and improved physical well-being. Little Souls is more than just a program; it’s a journey towards a balanced and mindful future.
