Easts Football Club is a local, inclusive community club delivering a fun, competitive football experience for all ages underpinned by a strong training and development philosophy. Easts FC is one of the largest not for profit community Football Clubs in the Eastern Suburbs offering football programs for players aged 3 years to over 45 years, both male and female. The Club prides itself on its development philosophy for all of its players and has become a local leader in bringing advances in coaching programs to the area. For the last couple of years our Junior and miniroos (12 and under) teams have been full before the beginning of the season. Session 2: Sunday's 9:30am-10:30am @ Springvale Indoor Sports By registering for Term 2 you can join both sessions, or if only 1 session a week suits your child's schedule they can attend whatever session suits. At training we focus on skill development, some fitness and small sided matches. All sessions are run indoors (so no weather issues!) Our weekly programs are your child’s starting point with Basketball Star Academy. Fun, skill based training with experienced coaches for all those looking to further develop their basketball skills. Suitable for beginners right through to more experienced players and all ages from 5-14. Our experienced coaches will guide your child through essential basketball techniques, including areas such as shooting, dribbling, defense, teamwork, plus more. Our weekly programs are 60 minutes in duration We run many days at venues from Mernda to eltham and surrounding suburbs

Get moving with our Kids Gymnastics Program. Our classes cater for children aged 18-months to 10-years and focus on both fun and skill development. Held in our state-of-the-art gymnastics training centre it's a perfect program to keep the kids both active and engaged in movement. This yoga playgroup is designed for mums, dads, and other caregivers with babies who are crawling, toddling, or walking — perfect for those who have become too wriggly for traditional mums & bubs yoga classes! It is also a fun and inclusive space for toddlers and preschool-aged children to move, play, and explore. What to expect? Flow and Grow Family Yoga sessions are neither adult yoga with kids, nor kids' yoga with adults. Instead, classes are designed specifically to deepen the connection between you and your child.
