Flow & Grow Family Yoga offers yoga workshops for you and your child throughout the Fleurieu Pensinsula and southern Adelaide region, as well as private sessions (in person or online).

The focus of each workshop is on the connection between the parent and child. It's neither kids yoga with adults 'tagging along', nor is it adult yoga with kids. Rather, we weave together elements of play, asana and mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, a dash of acro yoga, and each participant's own creative spirit.

Flow & Grow Family Yoga helps caregivers and their children to release stressful energies, connect with themselves and each other, and strengthen body and mind - providing you and your loved ones with practical tools to un-hurry your lives and strengthen the special bond between you.
