Are you a second-time mum who is struggling to find a yoga class you can take both your children to? Or perhaps you just never get to carve out the time at home to get on your mat because the little one(s) demand all your attention?
Then Flow & Grow Family Yoga Playgroup is for YOU!
While the focus of the class is gentle movement for the adults, little ones can play or join in the fun.
There’s no pressure for anyone to be quiet - laughter, tears and snack breaks are expected and welcome. We're all in the same boat, and each week will be a little bit different, meeting you and your child/children where you're at.
What to expect:
Doors will open at 10am each week to allow your little one(s) to settle into the space. The session officially starts at 10.15am and includes:
- Welcome songs to help everyone feel at ease and get our bodies moving.
- Yogasana-based movement (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) for grown-ups to move and stretch - and possibly even relax a little!
- Opportunities for children to join in the movement if they feel like it.
- A story and goodbye song to close the formal part of the session, followed by herbal tea and a chat with the other parents.
You don't need any prior yoga experience and you can bring more than one child. All parenting journeys are welcome!
BYO yoga mat if possible. Places are limited so book your spot today

Are you looking for something to do with your child that is fun and relaxing both at the same time? Join Antje from Flow and Grow Family Yoga at Sol Yoga in Willunga Spouth for an afternoon of joyful connection with your little one!
Flow and Grow Family Yoga sessions are neither adult yoga with kids, nor kids' yoga with adults. Instead, classes are designed specifically to deepen the connection between you and your child.
We will be weaving together elements of play and storytelling, asana (yoga postures) and mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, a dash of acro yoga, and each participant's own creative spirit. Along the way, we'll release stress and anxiety, connect with our (inner) child, and strengthen body and mind.
No previous yoga experience is required; all kinds of families welcome!
Two session times on offer:
- Session 1 at 2pm for parents and children aged 3-5 years
- Session 2 at 3.15pm for parents and children aged 6-12 years
