Are you sick of basketball camps that are all just fun and games but don't actually involve any actual coaching? Tired of seeing tons of players crammed onto courts with very few coaches? Our camps are different. ​ These are NOT typical holiday baby-sitting camps, they are for all players who are serious about getting better and want quality skill development! We always have at least one coach and one half court for every 10 players. In January we have camps and clinics available at Dandenong, Box Hill, Vermont South, Oakleigh and Kew. Wednesday from 6pm we hold small private swim class fro Adults. Only 3 in the pool with specific learning system to allow anyone to swim confidently and well. NOT LAPS and KICKING on a board. We focus on balance and technique. WORKSHOPS & OPEN SESSIONS Come and have a go at one of our open gymnastics sessions at 29 Dellamarta Rd (with the pit) gym Monday and Friday at 26 Dellamarta Rd (with the trampoline wall and parkour equipment) gym. It is a fun casual session of gymnastics, tumbling, trampolining and FreeG with free running techniques for anyone. Coaches are there to watch for safety, it is not a formal class. THREE HOUR WORKSHOPS OR FULL DAY CARE Drop your kids off at our super-creative kids art workshops these January school holidays! Our workshops are a wonderful antidote to too much screen-time and nurture your child’s creativity. Perfect for arty siblings ages 4-12. Breaks will be outdoors at the nearby playground on Gilderthorpe avenue, with a picnic & play in Varna Park at lunchtime (lunchtime supervision is included when booking two workshops) We also offer "pre" and "post" care options 8:30-9am and 4pm-5pm (supervision only, kids play games, free drawing etc) YAYOI KUSAMA INSPIRED WORKSHOP Come and explore the dotty world of celebrated Japanese artist Yayoi Kusawa. We will be making spotty watercolour abstract paintings, fabulous dotty paper lanterns and creating our own “obliteration room”. ROBOT PUPPET WORKSHOP Make a funny robot stick puppet with real jointed arms and legs using a heap of exciting shiny and recycled materials: cardboard, foil, bottle-tops, bubblewrap, streamers, sharpies, stickers, sequins and so on. Due to popular requests from our customers, we have decided to structure a 5v5 (ages 9-12). Games are designed to not just improve your child’s basketball game skills, but also their social skills as they are playing in a team environment with children of similar age. Games will be officiated and also coached, to ensure your child receives the best feedback to improve their game. These summer holidays Leap into Literacy will be bringing back our very popular Create Your Own Book or Short Story holiday program! This is for students in Years K–6 who want to create their own written masterpiece, all while learning the important aspects of writing. Using techniques that allow students to become creative in the learning process, sessions are fun and achieve maximum results. The cost is $60 for two hours, which includes materials and one-on-one feedback from the teacher on their writing, as well as detailed instructions on important writing techniques and help with spelling, grammar, etc. Classes are for Years K-2 and Years 3-6 and are limited to seven students. Classes run the first four weeks of January on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am-12pm and 1pm-3pm.

Every few weeks we have an exciting new exhibition featuring local artists. Many of our exhibitions are themed along with artists choice. We are run by volunteers who are always happy to guide you around our gallery.
