Parramatta art society established in 1951 offer their gallery, The Hunter Street gallery of fine arts, it is proud to present exquisite artworks from local artists. The gallery is set in a spacious delightful studio that is easily accessed by those less mobile. Our collection is varied in theme, modern and contemporary, aboriginal and traditional. The artwork is changed on a regular basis therefore offering a vast choice of art throughout the year.
The artwork sells between $30 and $5,000, on occasion exceeding $10,000. Our artists are extremely accomplished and are honoured to present their experiences through their expressive creativity. There is something for everyone.
We are extremely fortunate to be located close to the Parramatta park, cafes and parking. We also offer classes, demonstrations and workshops at an affordable cost. Our teachers are of a high calibre and are prominent in the art arena - childrens art classes also available.
Admission is free, we are open for viewing between 11am - 4pm Tuesday to Saturday.
