Description

Yoga in Daily Life Sunshine Coast brings the practise and principles of authentic classical Yoga to the modern person. Our studio on the Range in Kureelpa (just 5 minutes up the hill from Nambour) is easy to find (just opposite the Community hall) and surrounded by nature.
Each class offers the practitoner relaxation, stretching, classical postures - Asanas, Breathing techniques - Pranayam and Meditation. The classes are divided into 2 levels, Easy & Intermediate. All classes and events are available online on request.
Mon 6 pm & Wed 9.30 am with Yamuna and Wed 6.30 pm & Friday 9 am with Tyag.
We are offering regular Day Retreats or Yoga Immersions delving into Chakras, Stressmangement & Hatha Yoga Kriya Cleanses - Shankaprakshalan. Phone or email for more information and bookings.
Once a month we share a vegetarian dinner, chanting and spiritual company at our Community nights (Satsang).
