AGILITY & SELF-DEFENCE CLASSES FOR 3-5 YEAR OLDS

Our fun, play-based classes introduce students to martial arts, without the formalities. We exclusively offer classes that focus on improving agility, balance & coordination, with no form of grading process or belt ranking. Our classes can assist with handwriting problems, emotional issues and improve concentration & confidence.

Classes are every Tuesday & Thursday 10am, Dural Sports Centre

$20 class per child (10 class pass and term discounts available)
