Shim Jang Taekwondo is a self defence family martial art that can be practised by students from 5 years of age and up. Mums, dads and siblings can all train together and learn self defence in a safe environment.

We have centres all across Australia and four of them are in the Riverina. Mater Dei Primary School at Lake Albert, Riverina Anglican College in Estella, Mt Austin Public School and Temora Town Hall.

We welcome everyone to view and enjoy our page, if you are interested in getting started just give us a call or send us an email. Come and try a free trial class at any one of our dojangs.

Mater Dei Primary School Hall, Plunkett Drive, Lake Albert, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm to 7pm

Estella at Riverina Anglican College, Mondays and Wednesdays 6pm to 7pm.

Mt Austin Public School Hall on Bourke Street, Mon and Wed 6pm to 7pm.

Temora at Town Hall, Mondays and Wednesdays 6pm to 7pm

    Best thing we've done
    My son has just been doing Shimjang Taekwondo for the last 6 months and it's the best thing he has every done. His confidence is massive and he is so much happier.

    This is a great art form. Give yourself the skills to defend. You'll not only learn this important skill, you also become fitter, more flexible and be a part of a great community. The instructor is fantastic.

    Great Centre
    A great sport not just for the kids, but for adults too. Love that I can train in any centre as often as I want at no extra cost.
