Rhee Tae Kwon-Do is a traditional, non-competitive martial art open to all ages and fitness levels. Combining Korean techniques with aspects of other arts such as Karate & Kung-fu, Rhee Tae Kwon-Do is an art perfect for all aspects of life. It involves dynamic unarmed techniques, including punches, kicks, blocks, and interceptions taught in a fun, family-friendly uplifting environment. Rhee Tae Kwon-Do is more than fitness and self defence, it imparts self-control, self-discipline, high moral standards, improved psychological outlook and overall strength of character.
