Physi kids is Brisbane's most popular choice in children's sports and fitness. We have been running our multisports programs in child care centres since 1996 for children over 2.5 years.

Primary school aged children are also a specialty, as we receive many bookings for vacation care and after school care activities.

Our aim is to introduce your child to every aspect of physical development in a fun and encouraging environment. Your child will be introduced to soccer, tennis, afl, rugby league, hockey, cricket, basketball/netball, volleyball, bootcamp, t-ball, gymnastics, athletics, ultimate frisbee, yoga and music & movement.

    Twins 3rd Birthday Party
    We celebrated our twin boys 3rd birthday with a Physi Kids party on the weekend & couldn't have been happier with how it went. We had kids ranging from ages 3 to 13 & all of the games went down a treat with almost all kids eager to join in the whole time. Mya was fantastic with the kids, kept them engaged, playing all the games & having fun. No easy task but all done with a happy smile. Kayleen was so quick, easy & friendly with communication. Such a hassle free way to celebrate a party. Would defintely book again & recommend to others.

    Fun, Active, and Stress-Free Party with Physi kids!
    We had a Physi kids birthday party for our son at kindy and it was fantastic! Kayleen and Karlee were energetic, fun, and kept all the kids engaged with exciting games and activities. Everything ran smoothly and the kids had a blast from start to finish. It was all stress-free for us and so enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend Physi kids for a fun and active party experience!

    Gym Open Day event
    Physi Kids were absolutely fantastic at our Fiitfocus Gym Grand Opening! Their team brought amazing energy and kept the kids fully engaged with fun, open-ended games that encouraged movement, creativity, and teamwork. The activities were perfectly suited for all ages and helped make the event a huge success. We highly recommend Physi Kids for any event looking to combine fun with fitness in a professional and positive way!

    7th birthday nerf party
    The kids loved playing with the nerf guns! So simple and easy, Jai was a fabulous instructor who engaged the kids. I had plenty of kids say 'it wasn't look enough!'

    Henry’s 5th footy party
    Henry loved his footy party with his friends. Lachlan had a lot of different activities for the kids to do and it was such a fun party. Would def recommend Physi kids for a fun party your kids (and their friends) will love. Thanks team!

    Physi Kids 6th Birthday Party - Fabulius
    PhysiKids was so easy to communicate with. Arranging our party was simple. Kym arrived on time on the day and was delightful. The children had so much fun and Kym ran the session beautifully. The birthday boy was very happy. The retro games were a hit and the grown ups got in the spirit of it too. Would certainly recommend.

    Had Mya and Jai for my daughter's 7th birthday party in the park! They were both fabulous with the kids and dealt well with the mix of abilities and needs! The kids had so much fun and were all participating! The retro games were so fun and inclusive and even the adults got involved! Will definetly book again for my other kids!

    NRL Birthday party
    Thank you so much for the brilliant afternoon. Process was super smooth from my first enquiry to the end of the party. Just fabulous and lots of lovely compliments from the parents. Jai and Mya did a wonderful job of keeping the kids entertained! Great value for money.
