Peace Quest classes - Yoga, massage, meditation and wellbeing for kids

Classes for preschoolers to upper primary, teacher training and parent sessions on reducing stress and building resilience and emotional regulation.

Classes include:
Yoga
Peer Massage
Calm down strategies appropriate to different age groups
Meditation and body relaxations

Classes in Charnwood on Tuesday afternoons and Farrer on Saturday afternoons.

Leonie is a qualified primary teacher and has trained with Relax Kids UK. She has taught the Relax Kids program for two years and is now teaching her own program called Peace Quest. Leonie has working with children clearance and insurance.

Enjoy two afternoons of games, kids yoga, peer massage, meditation and relaxation and make a vision board collage filled with words, pictures and your dreams to make you feel happy and amazing! Dream Big - the bigger the better!

Cost: $60 per child including canvas and paint/collage materials. Discount for siblings and best friends booking together - $110 for two.

Kids will enjoy a Peace Quest session with kids yoga, peer massage, breathing and meditations that encourage them to think about what makes them feel happy, good and confident. Kids will then be guided to create their own vision board on a canvas using paint, collage materials, stickers, glitter and pens capturing their big dreams to keep forever.

Dream Big is a school holiday workshop designed and run by Leonie MacDonald, trained primary teacher, trained Relax Kids coach and the creator of Peace Quest for kids. Leonie loves to express her ideas through art and cannot wait to share Dream Big with your kids!
