Incorporating Taekwondo, Self Defence, TaekwonJitsu, Kick Boxing, Yoga, Tai Chi and Cardio-Toning we offer a wide range of classes to suit you, your family and your friends.

We are located in the Bayside suburb of East Bentleigh not far from Bentleigh station and there is plenty of parking. East Bentleigh is central to most bayside and South Eastern suburbs and services of Moorabbin, Brighton, Bentleigh, Mentone, Cheltenham, Oakleigh, Clayton, Ormond, Caulfield, Highett, Cheltenham and Sandrignham.
