Margaret Brandman's career in music as leading music educator, piano teacher, composer, pianist, recording artist, arranger and writer on music education spans more than 45 years. She is an experienced, accredited teacher who holds many degrees from various educational bodies and teaches children from age 5 as well as adults. Margaret is also author and publisher of many music education materials in her innovative 'contemporary' series of education materials. Margaret is one of Australia's most respected composers and performers with a wide range of compositions for orchestra and a variety of instruments and voice, many of which are included in Australian and English examination syllabuses (AMEB, AGMS, ANZCA, ABRSM). Her concert works for orchestra, chamber ensembles, solo piano & voice are published in Australia and in Germany. Her works have been recorded internationally by Parma Recordings USA, and in Australia by Ambition Records.These works are performanced internationally and are frequently aired on ABC Classic FM and Fine Music 102.5 FM.
