Description

Mambourin Music Academy aims to engage and encourage people of all ages and abilities to explore the exciting world of learning Music. MMA specialises in individual Piano lessons alongside Early Years group as well as VCE music classes. Early years classes enable children to learn how to sing, listen, play the keyboard and develop a sense of rhythm. VCE Music classes cover solo performance and musicianship preparation. As a VIT registered classroom music teacher working in local schools, music programs are developed to reflect the Music school curriculum from K-12. Students prepare for AMEB, ANZCA, Trinity and VCE exams. Providing a nurturing, fun and skill based environment, MMA fosters the development of a love of learning Music and ensures the progression of music skills through performances, including soirees and recitals. Students can focus on a particular area of interest, including studying Classical or Contemporary music styles. Various areas of music study are covered in lessons including learning repertoire, developing technique, creating compositions and music theory.
