We teach a non competitive traditional style of Tae Kwon Do.
The art is based on Self Defence helping to improve ones confidence, combining this with improved physical strength to not only defend your self but to enable students to become better role models for others.

People currently training include,primary and high school students, trades people mothers and fathers, Industry professionals and University students.

Promotions are achieved by hard work and a commitment by the student with the instructors help to achieve each level to a high standard.

    Great rolemodels for our children
    We have been training at the Armadale Dojang for 4 years now and have seen nothing but the best. The standards are high but it is accessible for everyone. The Instructors are great role models for our children. This is first and foremost the desire we have for our children which can have an effect on their future choices. We feel fortunate to be part of such a wonderful family. Thank you

    Great family training in realistic self defence
    I have been attending this training centre for the past 6 years and have always found the instructors to be very professional and supportive of all members. I like the realistic skills taught for self defence and the culture of the class is very family orientated, though everyone still gets a great workout.
